To E-Mail Market The Wrong Way, and The Right Way... |

Wrong Way:
The most well known form of spam (but not the only one) is the sending
any unsolicited email. You may not send unsolicited emails (even from
your own ISP accounts) which contain any information about Hot-Response.com
in any portion of the email - message header or otherwise.

lesser known form of spam is usenet postings and FFA link pages. You
may not promote your autoreponder or Hot-Response.com in any way through
either of these channels either. |
It
is for this reason that we do not allow the importing of email contacts,
as it would be virtually impossible to monitor that each and every
one is a valid opt-in lead. All we would need is about 10 complaints
and our Hot-Response Servers could get shut down by the spam cops.
This is actually a blessing for you, the hard working e-marketer.
Should any complaints arise, we have all of the opt-in informaition
on file for each of your leads and can prove when they opted in, from
where and through which method. No other autoresponder service offers
this high level of incoming lead tracking and protection for their
clients. |

you and pursuing a thorough investigation. However, if we do find
that you are spamming and involving Hot-Response in any way with the
spam, the consequences will be swift, exacting and uncomromising.

1) De-Activate Your Account with No Refund
2) Contact Your ISP and report you so that your ISP account will
be terminated
3) Pursue Legal Action Against You If Needed
4) Charge You a $500 "cleanup" fee
5) Put your email address on file with the best known internet watchdog

Learn all about website promotion - META tags, Title Tags, Keywords,
Search Engine Placement (free and pay-per click), link exchanges
(relevant links on your site is very important). See our resources
section!!!
Learn all about e-marketing and consider offering a FREE ebook or
report of high percieved value in order to get people to sign into
your autoresponder. I do this myself!!!
Of course you may also use print ads with your autoresponder address
to get opt in leads. Study great ad-writing tactics.
